Exercise with a partner:
Try to find a partner for exercise it becomes easier when you do workout with someone, it makes sweat sessions more social and enjoyable. Keep your exercise clothes or shoes in your car or in a nearby place so that you can go to your gym directly from work.

The kitchen of a working person is full of junk food and ready to cook unhealthy things. If you really want to lose weight go through your cabinets and fridge and replace all your sugary snacks, processed chips and crackers, frozen treats, and any other junk-food items by healthy vegetables and fruits.
