1In a dish whisk the plain yogurt with one liter of water.
2In a pot heat the mustard oil
3 Add to the oil: the ginger paste
4 Garlic paste
5 Onion puree
7 Mustard seeds
8 Cumin seeds
9 Figella seeds,
10 Fenugreek seeds
12Microwave on high for 8 minutes.
13Then mix in the red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and microwave for another 2 minutes.
14Add the mutton, whole red chillies, jaggery and curd water mixture in a pot
15Cook on a stove for about 15 minutes, or until well done.
16Garnish with coriander and serve.
