Ingredients

Bread slices (5)

Grated cheddar cheese (five tablespoons)

Crushed cumin seeds (one teaspoon)

Crushed black pepper (one teaspoon)

Chopped coriander (one tablespoon)

Chopped green chilies (half tablespoon)

Oil (for deep frying)

Salt (as per taste)

Directions

1Mix grated cheese, cumin seeds, coriander, green chilies, black pepper, salt well in bowl and put them in freezer for 10 minutes.

2Cut edges of bread slices and lightly soak them in water for 3 seconds, press Slices with hands to rinse extra water, now get one table spoon of cheese mixture and make rolls as picture, deep fry equally until golden brown.

3Serve with ketchup or sauce.
