1Grind boiled chickpeas, coriander, cumin, green chilies and salt in a chopper, or you can do this mixing with fork too.
2Make falafel pattie or balls like this picture.
3Heat oil and deep fry until golden brown.
4If you want to make sandwich then spread mustard paste on toast with cucumbers, salad leaved or any burger layering you like.
5If you want to make roll, then put falafel in khubs or tortilla with onion, tahini and salad leaves and roll it.
6Serve with ketchup, french fries or any favorite sauce.
