Fish any form fillet, cubes, boneless (250 g)

Crushed garlic (one tablespoon full)

Lemon juice (two tablespoon)

Crushed red chilies (two tablespoon full)

Garam masala powder (one teaspoon)

Salt (as per taste)

Cumin seeds (two tablespoon full)

Coriander seeds (two tablespoon full)


1Marinade fish in crushed garlic lemon juice and salt for half an hour.

2Roughly grind red chilies, cumin and coriander in a grinder and mix garam masala powder and salt too.

3Deep fry marinated fish (crispy golden brown) remove from oil and coat in ground spice from both sides.

4[serve with your favorite sauce and rice, paratha, roti]
