1Marinate chicken breast in egg, paprika, oregano and salt for 2 to 5 hours.
2Soak rice in water for given time.
3Heat 2 tablespoons oil and fry onions (golden brown) and add cumin, cloves, black pepper, bay leaves, green cardamom and cook for half minute.
4Add green chilies, ginger garlic paste, fennel and coriander seeds and fry for one minute.
5In flat pan heat one tablespoon remaining oil, stir fry marinated chicken (3 minutes for one side).
6Serve with rice as picture.
