Chicken breast (250 g)

Rice (250 g)

Oil (three tablespoon)

Chopped onions (one fourth cup)

Ginger garlic paste (one tablespoon full)

Green chilies (3 to 4) cut diagonally)

Lemon slices (3)

Bay leaves (one)

Whole black pepper (5)

Cumin seeds (one teaspoon)

Coriander seeds (one teaspoon)

Fennel seeds (one teaspoon)

Cloves (two)

Green cardamom (two)

Yogurt (half cup)

Egg (one)

Paprika (one teaspoon)

Oregano (two pinches)

Black sesame seeds (half teaspoon)

Salt (as pet taste)


1Marinate chicken breast in egg, paprika, oregano and salt for 2 to 5 hours.

2Soak rice in water for given time.

3Heat 2 tablespoons oil and fry onions (golden brown) and add cumin, cloves, black pepper, bay leaves, green cardamom and cook for half minute.

4Add green chilies, ginger garlic paste, fennel and coriander seeds and fry for one minute.

5In flat pan heat one tablespoon remaining oil, stir fry marinated chicken (3 minutes for one side).

6Serve with rice as picture.
