1Peel bottle gourd, grate it and dry its water.
2Then grind cardamom with 1 tsp sugar.
3Now heat oil in wok and put cardamom.
4Then roast it little, put steamed bottle gourd, roast it slightly and take it out.
5Then add sugar and some water.
6When it becomes syrup, put bottle gourd.
7Take it out after 5 minutes and spread on dish.
8Then put khoya, coconut, pistachio and almonds and serve
