Meetha Paratha

Wheat flour : 3 cups

Milk : 1 cup

Sugar : 1 cup

Eggs : 2

Baking powder : 1 pinch

Ghee : as required

In bowl, add 3 cups of wheat flour, 1 cup milk and add water for making the mixture thin and smooth,

Take another bowl, add 2 eggs and beat them,

Now slowly add sugar and baking powder and beat the mixture till it gets bubbles on the top,

Now add the eggs mixture on the wheat mixture, mix them together,

Take a pan add ghee, and heat it up on low flame,

Pour the mixture slowly on the pan with the help of a pouring cup then cook for 5 mins,

Flip the paratha and cook, take it off the pan when golden brown.
