1Heat oil in a pan and fry sliced onion in it until golden brown.
2Mix together yogurt, salt, coriander, red chili powder, mace, nutmeg, turmeric powder and ginger garlic .
3Add this mixture to fried onions.
4Stir it well together.
5Add boiled paya and stir it well.
6Add chicken stock, cover and cook it on low flame till tender.
7Turn off the stove and add all spice powder, cardamoms and crushed black cumin.
8Pour it out in a deep platter
9Garnish it with coriander, green chilies, lemon, chopped ginger and mind leaves before serving.
