Boiled pasta (one cup)

Boiled chickpea/ chole (one cup)

Chopped tomatoes (half cup)

Black pepper powder (one teaspoon)

Red chillie powder (one teaspoon)

Chopped green chilies (one teaspoon)

Turmeric (half teaspoon)

Cumin seeds (one teaspoon)

Rosemary (one pinch)

Salt (as per taste)

Oil (one tablespoon)


1Heat oil and pop cumin and rosemary for half minute, add tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric, red chili, and cook for one minute or until tomatoes become soft.

2Add chole/chickpeas, pasta and oregano, cook for 3 minutes.
