Potato Poori Recipe
1Make dough with water flour and salt (as per taste) and two teaspoon oil, leave dough for 30 minutes to one hour rest.
2Mix salt, and all masla in mashed potatoes except oil.
3Make small balls from dough and spread them with rolling pin like roti, now fill the potato stuffing and turns sides to make a stuffed poori and flat your poori lightly with rolling pin, and fry them.
4Serve with ketchup, any sauce or chole/chana saag
