Vegetable Cutlet Recipe
1In a bowl, mash the boiled potatoes, green peas until smooth.
2Add chopped onions, beetroot green chillies and mix well.
3Now sprinkle the red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, garam masala, and black pepper powder. Mix well with a spoon so that the masala is evenly mixed.
4Preheat oven to 250 degrees Celsius at convection mode.
5Now, apply oil on your palms and make small cutlets with the paste.
6Grease a microwave dish with oil and then place these cutlets.
7Bake for 25-30 minutes. Re-position at times to allow even baking. Once the cutlets become golden brown, take them out.
8Serve it with garlic sauce
