 Chicken 8 pieces
 Onion 1 piece
 Green chilies 3-4
 Black pepper 1tbsp
 Red Chilli powder 1tsp
 Ginger and Garlic paste 1tbsp
 Tamarind pulp1 tbsp
 Lemon juice 1tbsp
 Yogurt 2tbsp
 Ghee 4tbsp
 Salt 1-1/2 tbsp
 Staranise powder 1/4tsp
 Coal 1 piece
 Naan to serve with the dish

Make cuts on the Chicken pieces.

Mix Green pepper, Red pepper, Salt, Garlic and Ginger paste , Lemon juice and all Ghee into a spice paste.

Now mix this paste on the Chicken and leave it for marination for at least 2 hours

Now cook the Chicken in pan.

In the end use burnig Coal to steam the dish for barbecue taste.

This Chicken Karahi best goes with ‘Til’ (Sesame) Naans.
