Arabic Beef Recipe

 Beef cubes (250 gm) one inch cubic cut
 Gourd/loki (100 gm) one inch cubic cut
 Chopped tomatoes (half cup)
 Chopped green chilies (half table spoon)
 Chopped onions (two tablespoons)
 Turmeric powder (half tea spoon)
 Coriander powder (one teaspoon)
 Cumin powder (one teaspoon)
 Chopped coriander leaves (one tablespoons)
 Water (2 cups)
 Oil (three tablespoons)
 Salt (as per taste)

Heat oil and fry onion until become golden, now add meat, tomatoes, turmeric coriander and cumin powder with salt and fry meat in onions for one minute, now add one and half cup water and cook until meat become tender.

Now stir until oil come out on surface of meat, now add gourd/lok cubes, chopped green chilies and half cup water, cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on serving time.

You can add one teaspoon of ginger garlic paste in frying time, but its optional.

Serve with any type of bead and rice.
