 Chicken boneless (cut into cubes) 1½ kg Garlic paste 1 tsp heaped White pepper 1½ tsp Mustard powder 1 tsp Mayonnaise 3 tbsp Yogurt 3 tbsp Tahini sauce 2 tbsp Lemon juIce 2 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Oregano leaves 1 tsp Onion (cut in cubes) 2 Capsicum (cut in cubes) 2

1.Marinate chicken with heaped garlic, white pepper, mustard powder, mayonnaise,yogurt, thyme, lemon juice, salt and oregano leaves for 2 hours in the fridge. 2.Put chicken pieces on skewers alternating with vegetable cubes. 3.Grill in oil. 4.Now put it in a pan then put a burning coal on a foil in the pan; drop some oil on it and cover. 5.Serve immediately.
