 Pasanday 1Kg
 Oil 5tbsp
 Onion 3pcs
 Garlic 1tbsp
 Salt to taste
 Red chillie powder 1/2tbsp
 Tamoto paste 1 cup
 Yogurt 1 cup
 Almound 10 pieces
 Cashew nuts 10 pieces
 Garam masala Pinch for serving
 Turmeric 1/2tbsp

Heat Oil in a pan and fry the Onions with Garlic paste.

Now add all Pasanday with Salt, Tamoto paste, Yogurt and rest of the ingredients and cook well.

Add Almond, Cashew nuts and Garam masala and leave it on a Dum.

Serve hot. It goes really with fresh Naans.
