Beef Tikka Recipe

 1kg cubes of Beef
 2tbs unripe Papaya (ground)
 Â½tsp Ginger paste
 Â½tsp Garlic paste
 2tbs yogurt
 1tsp chili (Lal Mirch) powder

Mix together all the spices, yogurt and papaya and coat the beef cubes with it.

Leave to marinate for 5-6 hours preferably overnight.

Barbeque over charcoal.

Serve with mint chutney, yogurt and onion rings and naan of 2 to 3 persons
