Bhindi (okra)

 Bhindi/okra/lady fingers (250 gm)
 Chopped tomatoes (half cup)
 Chopped green chilies (one tablespoon)
 Crushed red chilies (one teaspoon)
 Cumin seeds (one and half teaspoon)
 Turmeric (one teaspoon)
 Salt (as per taste)
 Oil (three tablespoon)

Cut okra/bhindi/ladyfinger diagonal shape (lengthwise) like picture.

Heat oil and pop cumin seeds, now add bhindi, turmeric and salt and fry for 30 seconds.

Add crushed red chilies, tomatoes and green chilies and cook for 10 minutes.

Serve with roti, nan or parathe
