Broast Prawns Recipe

 Prawns 16 jumbo size
 Remove vein from back.
 Wash thoroughly. Rub Lemon juIce and Salt and let stand for 10 minutes.
 Salt to taste
 Broast masala 1 packet
 Oil 3 cups for frying

Take the prawns and heat oil.

Take a bowl.Pour Broast masala nad add water and mix till a smooth paste forms.

When the oil is heated, on medium flame, dip the prawns one by one in broast masala thinly and fry till golden brown.

Remove from oil on kitchen paper and let oil drip.

Serve with mint chutney or imli chatni.
