Chicken Wings

 Chicken wings with skin 1 kg
 Chili sauce 1/4 cup
 Ketchup 4 tbsp
 Vinegar 2 tbsp
 Salt 1/2 tsp
 Red chili 1 tsp
 Maida 1/2 cup
 White pepper 1 tsp
 Crushed garlic 1 tbsp

Give shape of lollipops of chicken wings. Then marinate with salt and white pepper.


Coat chicken wings with dry maida and deep fry it.


Heat 2 tbsp oil, put crushed garlic, chili sauce, ketchup, vinegar, salt and red chili and make sauce.


Now add fried chicken wings, roll it and serve.
