Coated Potato Chips

 Whole potatoes (two)
 Gram flour (one cup)
 Corn flour (half cup)
 Crushed red chillies (flakes) one teaspoon
 Chopped green chillies (one table spoon)
 Chopped coriander leaves (two tablespoons)
 Cumin seeds (one teaspoon)
 Salt (as per taste)
 Oil (for deep fry)

Slice potatoes and leave them in salted water for 10 to 15 minutes.

Mix gram flour, cornflour, salt, red chillies, green chillies, cumin and coriander, now add water and make thick mixture.

Heat oil, coat chips in mixture completely and deep fry until golden brown.

Serve with ketchup or any favorite sauce.
