Falafel Recipe

 White chickpeas 2 cups Garlic 3 Cloves Fresh Parsley 1½ bunch Oil for frying 1½ liter Soda 1½ tsp Black pepper 1½ tsp Salt to taste

1.Soak white chickpeas overnight. 2.Add chickpeas, ¼ cup water, cloves of garlic, soda, parsley, pepper and salt in a blender. 3.Blend all ingredients together and make small balls of chick peas. 4.In a wok, heat oil. 5.Add balls fry until golden brown. 6.Falafils are ready to serve with tahina sauce.
