Hot & Spicy Potato Bites

 1 kg chopped potatoes
 1 cup Corn flour
 0.50 cup Flour
 0.50 tbsp Turmeric
 1 ½ tsp Chili powder
 2 tbsp Soya sauce
 0.50 cup Chili garlic sauce
 2 tbsp Lemon juice
 0.50 tsp Black pepper
 1 pinch Red food color
 1 tbsp Crushed Garlic
 4 Sliced green chilies
 1520 Curry leaves
 0.50 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
 Cooking oil

Mix together corn flour with flour to form a thick batter

Peel and boil potatoes until half done. Dip in batter and deep fry them until light golden. Add crushed garlic and green chilies.

Mix lemon juice, black pepper,all the sauces, curry leaves and food color with quarter cup water.

Add the mixture with the fried potatoes. Cook till potatoes coated with the mixture. Serve hot.
