 Tamarind pulp 200 grams Jaggery 250 grams Red chili powder 1½ tsp Black Salt 1¼ tsp Salt 1¼ tsp Tara Garam masala 1½ tsp Water 2 cups Asafetida 1pinch

Put 200grams of tamarind pulp, 250grams of jiggery and 2 cups of water in a saucepan and allow to cook Add 1½ tsp of red chili powder, 1/4 tsp of black salt, 1/4 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of tara garam masala and 1 pinch of Asafoetida. When mixture thickens remove from flame and serve it with muthi kababs.
