 1 kg Mutton
 1 kg Red chilies
 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
 1 tsp Ginger Garlic
 1 kg Turmeric
 3 tbsp Raw onion paste
 1 tbsp Roasted cumin powder
 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 1 pinch Salt
 1 dash Curry leaves
 1 cup Cooking oil

Preheat the oil in a pan and add in raw onion paste and fry it till golden brown.


Add in the mutton, salt, ginger garlic paste and turmeric.


When the meat starts to dry, simmer it and add in 1- 1 ½ cups of hot water.


Cook till the meat becomes tender. Separately fry red chilies in the frying pan.


When the water starts to dry, add in the red chilies, crushed black pepper, roasted cumin powder, lemon juice and curry leaves.


Let it simmer for some time and serve it with plain rice.
