Potato Cheese Rolls

 Boiled potatoes (250 g)
 Mozzarella cheese (cut cheese block in sticks just like finger chips 5 to 6)
 White pepper powder (half teaspoon)
 Beaten eggs (one)
 Bread crumbs (one cup)
 Salt (as per taste)
 Oil (for deep fry)

Peel and mash boiled potatoes in a bowl, add salt and white pepper and mix.

Cut cheese block in sticks just like finger chips about 2 inches long half inch thick.

Make rolls with potato mixture and stuff each stick in center and roll in shape.

In beaten egg dip potato roll and then coat in breadcrumbs.

Deep fry evenly in hot oil until golden brown.

Serve hot with your favorite sauce or ketchup
