Potato Poori Recipe

 Boiled mashed potatoes (one cup)
 Flour (one cup)
 Water (for dough)
 Oil (two teaspoons) for dough
 Crushed cumin seeds (one teaspoon)
 Red chili powder or crushed red chillies (half teaspoon)
 Chopped green chilies (one teaspoon)
 Chopped coriander leaves (ne tablespoon)
 Salt (as per taste)
 Oil (for fry)

Make dough with water flour and salt (as per taste) and two teaspoon oil, leave dough for 30 minutes to one hour rest.

Mix salt, and all masla in mashed potatoes except oil.

Make small balls from dough and spread them with rolling pin like roti, now fill the potato stuffing and turns sides to make a stuffed poori and flat your poori lightly with rolling pin, and fry them.

Serve with ketchup, any sauce or chole/chana saag
