Potatoes With Gravy Recipe.

 Potatoes 1½ kg small and bOiled Peas 1½ cup bOiled
 Carrot 1¼ cup
 Egg 2
 Coriander 2 tsp
 Garlic chillies 1 tbsp
 Lemon juIce 1 tbsp For Gravy
 Oil 1½ cup
 Brown onion 1½ cup
 Salt: to taste
 Tomato paste 1¼ cup
 Garlic/ Ginger paste 1 tbsp
 Cinnamon Red chillies
 Coriander 1 tbsp Together
 Turmeric powder 1½ tsp

Boil potatoes peel them, remove their inner pulp with a knife, so as to make their empty covers.


In these empty potatoes fill all the above ingredients and carefully fry in oil until golden brown
