Reshmi Tikka Recipe

 Chicken boneless 1 kg
 Yogurt 250 gm
 Coriander leaves 1 bunch
 Cream 1½ cup
 Oil 1½ cup
 Salt 1 tsp
 Chaat Masala 1 tsp
 All spIce 1 tsp
 Meat tenderizer 1 tbsp
 Coriander seeds crushed 1 tbsp
 Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
 Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
 Green chili paste 2 tbsp
 Lemon juIce 4 tbsp

Cut chicken into pieces, marinate with 250 gm yogurt, 1 tbsp meat tenderizer, 1 tbsp crushed cumin seeds, 1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds, 2 tsp crushed red pepper, 2 tbsp green chili paste, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp all spice, 1½ cup cream and 4 tbsp lemon juice. Keep aside for 1 hour.


Heat 1½ cup oil in pan, add marinated chicken pieces and cook over low flame for 20 minutes.Now turn the flame high and fry well till water dries.Dish it out, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and sprinkled with 1 tsp chaat Masala.
