Roasted Chops

Yields1 Serving

 Chops/Ribs of beef /mutton (250 g)
 Ginger garlic paste (one tablespoon)
 Soy sauce (two tablespoons)
 Vinegar (one tablespoon)
 Lemon juice (one tablespoon)
 Red chili powder (one and half teaspoon)
 Black pepper powder (one teaspoon)
 Cumin powder (one teaspoon)
 Garam masala powder ( one teaspoon)
 Salt (as per taste)
 Oil (two tablespoons)

Marinate chops in salt, vinegar, ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, lemon juice, red and black chili powder , garam masala powder and cumin powder for 7 hours atleast.


Bake, grill or shallow fry with oil as you like until they become tender.


Serve with roti, nan, paratha or rice.
