Scrambled Egg

 Egg 3pcs
 Milk 1/2cup
 Salt to taste
 Black pepper 1/2tsp
 Butter or Oil 2tbsp

Ligthly blend all the Eggs in a bowl with Milk, Salt and Black pepper.

Put the pan on a gentle heat and Butter or Oil 2tbsp and pour in the mixture.

Now keep stirring this egg mixture lightly on a low-medium heat such that small curdles starts to form.

Keep cooking until its just cooked yet moist.

Take it out on a plate and add a little Butter for extra richness but its not mandatory. Delicious yummy and moist Scrambled Eggs are ready to be served.
