 Beef meat 1kg
 Oil 3tbsp
 Salt or to taste
 Red chillies 1/2 1tbsp
 Black Pepper 1tbsp
 Cilantro powder 1tbsp
 Garlic 1tbsp
 Ginger 1tbsp
 Papeeta/Papaya 1-2 tbsp
 Green chilli powder 3tbsp
 Cumin seed 1/2 tbsp
 Poppy seed 1/2 tbsp
 Lemon juice 2tbsp
 Yogurt 1cup
 Oil for useing to fry

Mix all the ingredients into a mixture and add to meat. Leave it for marination for depth of taste and spices.

Add to skewers and smoke it by a hot bnurning coal for a barbecuey taste.

Shallow fry it in a pan until cooked on both sides.

Serve hot with raita and salad on the side. Goes best with thin Rotis but equally delightful with Rice.
