Spicy Aloo Chaat

Yields1 Serving

 250 g Boiled Potatoes
 11 tsp Garlic paste
 10 Curry leaves
 1 cup Cooking oil
 2 tsp Crushed red pepper
 ½ cup Tamarind paste
 2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
 1 tsp Salt
 1 Chopped onion
 1 tsp Chaat masala
 1 tsp Crushed cumin

Preheat the oil in a pan and fry the curry leaves and garlic.


Cut the boiled potatoes into small cubes .


All in all the spices along with the with the tamarind pulp, boiled potato cubes and sugar. Lastly add the cut onion and coriander leaves.


Remove the content and serve with papri.
