Spicy Aloo Masala

 Oil 1/2cup
 Potato 1kg
 Curry Leaf few leaves
 Ginger Garlic paste 1tbsp
 Salt to taste
 Red chilli 1/21tbsp
 Turmeric 1/2tbsp
 Cumin 1tbsp
 Tamarind pulp 2tbsp
 Yogurt 1/2cup
 Green Chilli 4pcs
 Coriander 2tbsp

Boil the Potatoes until soft yet firm. Cut these into square shapes.

Heat the Oil and add Curry leaves, Ginger Garlic paste and fry a little until Oil is aromatic.

Add Potatoes, Salt, Red chillies, Cumin, Turmeric, Tamarind pulp and mix so that the Potatoes are well coated with the spices.

Then add 1cup Water and let it cook until soft and Potatoes are well-coated with spices. Sprinkle Green chilliees and chopped Coriander for garnishing.

Spicy Potatoes are ready to be served.
