Wash the chops and remove fat.
Make a mixyure of all ingredients ecept oil, lemon and coriander.
Mix chops with mixture and let stand overnight in fridge.
Grill the chops on open coals till evenly done with a brownish golden and tender texture.
You can use the oven and grill them on 200 degrees C for 30 minutes turning after 15 minutes.
Remember to brush oil occasionally both ways.
Serve hot with naan, roti and garnished with lemon and coriander. Mint raita will add to the sumptous meal.
