Spicy Vegetable Pakoras

Yields1 Serving

 1 Chopped potato
 1 Eggplant
 1 cup Chopped onion
 4 Chopped Green Chilies
 300 g Gram Flour
 1 tsp Garlic paste
 ½ tsp White pepper powder
 1 tsp Turmeric powder
 1 tsp Red chili powder
 ½ cup Cooking oil
 1 dash Salt

Take a mixing bowl and add together the gram flour, chopped onions, potatoes, chilies and eggplants.


All in the all the spices along with the baking powder and salt in the mixing bowl.


Mix it with some water to make a batter.


Preheat the oil in a pan and fry the lumps of pakoras until they turn golden brown.


Take them out and place them on tissue papers to absorb all the oil.


Serve on a platter along with some chutney.
