Two Tone Cake

Two Tone Cake

 Eggs 6
 Maida 10 oz
 Caster sugar 10 oz
 White butter 10 oz
 Coco powder 2 oz
 Milk 1/2 cup
 Vanilla essence 1 tsp
 Baking powder 3 tsp
 Icing sugar for sprinkle

Beat butter and sugar.

Strain maida and baking powder.

Put vanilla essence and eggs one by one in butter. Together add milk and strained maida.

Now divide batter into 2 portions, mix coco powder in one portions, make paste and mix mixture

Grease 8 inch round tin and put 2 tbsp yellow color in center. Add brown sugar on top and put yellow mixture.

Again add brown mixture and put all mixture like this.

Bake in oven on 180 degrees C for 50-60 minutes.

Sprinkle icing sugar and serve.
