Vegetable Achar and palak paneer

 Cauliflowor 250 gm
 Peas 1/2 kg
 French beans 250 gm
 Carrot 2
 Salt 1-1/2 tsp
 Turmeric 1 tsp
 Red chili 1 tbsp
 Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
 Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
 Achari mustard 3 tbsp
 Vinegar 1/4 cup
 Oil 2 cup

Cut carrot, cauliflower and beans. Then add peas and steam half.

Now cool vegetables and mix salt, turmeric, crushed garlic, red chili, achari mustard and vinegar.

In end, put oil and mix it nicely.

Mix vegetable achar is ready.
