 Red Chili Powder- 1¼ cup Deghi Mirch powder- 1¼ cup Haldi Powder-1 tbsp Salt- 1¼ cup Coriander powder - 1½ Cup Garlic Powder 1 tbsp Ginger powder- 1tbsp Roasted Ground Zeera- 2 tbsp Ground Saunf- 1 tbsp Ground Black Pepper- 1 tbsp Ground Star anise 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon- 1 tsp Ground Black Cardamom- 1 tbsp Ground shah Zeera- 1 tsp Ground Cloves- 1 tsp Chotti Elliachi Powder- 1 tbsp Jaifal Jawatri Powder- 1 tbsp Broken bay leaves- 3 Dried Plums- 1 cup

Dry roast the ingredients separately until fragrant, then set aside to cool. Grind all the ingredients in a coffee grinder. Mix all the powder ingredients together along with dried plums and fill the masala in Jar.
