Chicken Bihari Roll

 0.50 kg Chicken (boneless)
 0.50 Yogurt
 2 tsp Papaya Paste
 4 tbsp Mustard Oil
 2 tsp Garlic paste
 2 tsp Poppy Seeds Powder
 1 tsp Desiccated Coconut
 0.50 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
 0.50 cup Oil

Mix the yogurt, papaya paste, mustard oil, desiccated coconut, red chili powder, crushed red chilies, poppy seeds powder, garlic, garam masala powder, salt together into a mixture.

Cut the chicken into small cubes and marinate it in the mixture.

Thread the marinated chicken cubes on a shashlik stick.

In a pan, heat oil and fry the cubes until golden brown.

Now roll the cubes in a parathay and enjoy!
