Chicken Kebab Recipe

 Chicken minced (250 g)
 Coriander chopped (one tablespoon)
 Green chilies chopped (one tablespoon)
 Onion chopped (half cup)
 Black pepper powder (one teaspoon)
 Ginger garlic chopped or paste (two teaspoons)
 Cumin seed powder (one teaspoon)
 Garam masala powder (one teaspoon)
 Salt (as per taste)
 Oil (two tablespoons)

Process all dry ingredients and chicken mince with chopper or manually, after that add onions and green ingredients.


Shape kebab on skewers and grill, bake or shallow fry for 10 to 20 minutes, brush kebabs with oil during cooking for good shine and taste.


For time saving; you can mix all ingredients without chopping if you process in chopper.


Serve with favorite sauce, ketchup, paratha, roti, nan, khubs, rice, pasta etc etc.
