Falafel Recipe

 Boiled chickpeas (one cup)
 Cornstarch (one tablespoon)
 Chopped coriander leaves (two tablespoons)
 Cumin seeds (one teaspoon)
 Chopped green chilies (one tablespoon)
 Salt (as per taste)
 oil (for deep fry)

Grind boiled chickpeas, coriander, cumin, green chilies and salt in a chopper, or you can do this mixing with fork too.

Make falafel pattie or balls like this picture.

Heat oil and deep fry until golden brown.

If you want to make sandwich then spread mustard paste on toast with cucumbers, salad leaved or any burger layering you like.

If you want to make roll, then put falafel in khubs or tortilla with onion, tahini and salad leaves and roll it.

Serve with ketchup, french fries or any favorite sauce.
