 Boneless fish 1½ kg
 Gram flour 1½ cup
 Red chili powder 1 tsp
 Turmeric powder 1½ tsp…
 Baking soda 1 pinch
 Garlic paste 1 tbsp
 Oil for fry
 For green masala:
 Tomato 2
 Onion 1
 Coriander powder 1 tsp
 Cumin powder 1 tsp
 Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
 Green chilies 8 to 10
 Green coriander 1 bunch
 Chinas Salt 1½ tsp
 Salt to taste

In a bowl add 1½ kg boneless fish

1½ cup gram flour

1 tsp red chili powder

1½ tsp turmeric powder

1 pinch baking soda

1 tbsp garlic paste and salt to taste to mix

Now fry them in preheat oil and put it on a side.

For green masala: in a chopper add 8 to 10 green chilies and 1 bunch green coriander to chop and put it on aside.

Then on a flat heat oil and add 2 tomato and 1 onion to suate.

Then add 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp crushed black pepper 1/3 tsp Chinese salt.

salt to taste and green masala to cook.

Then add fish to fry well and dish it out.

Garnish with green coriander and serve hot.
