 Mince 1/2 kg
 Salt to taste
 Red chili 1-1/2 tbsp
 Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
 Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
 Onion 1
 Yogurt 2 tbsp
 Green chili 4-5
 Gram flour 3 tbsp
 Egg 1
 Garam masala 1 tsp
 Oil for fry

Mix all ingredients except oil in mince and make tikkiya.
