Heat oil in a pan and fry sliced onion in it until golden brown.
Mix together yogurt, salt, coriander, red chili powder, mace, nutmeg, turmeric powder and ginger garlic .
Add this mixture to fried onions.
Stir it well together.
Add boiled paya and stir it well.
Add chicken stock, cover and cook it on low flame till tender.
Turn off the stove and add all spice powder, cardamoms and crushed black cumin.
Pour it out in a deep platter
Garnish it with coriander, green chilies, lemon, chopped ginger and mind leaves before serving.
